Innovation by disruption: a citizen-centric approach to public services

Government services can be difficult to access, be confusing to navigate, and have complex interfaces. We’re designing a natural way to interact with the government using voice AI and conversation, without the lines, without the complex paperwork. We’re making help easy and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  

Follow our journey with our Capstone team at Carnegie Mellon University’s Human-Computer Interaction Institute to create the first conversational user interface for government services that is emotionally and artificially intelligent, empathetic, more accurate and that has the citizen at its core.
